DELIVERY & RETURNS
- Please note, I have reviewed my P&P charges in as Royal Mail have increased their prices and I have changed my packaging. I was also undercharging significantly for some international postage so this has been amended!
- Please allow longer for your order to arrive if you know there are postal delays in your area due to Covid-19
Ready made products will be dispatched within 3 working days. Dispatch times for custom orders are detailed within the product listing. You will receive an email when your item has been beautifully packaged and posted.
All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery after notification of dispatch.
P&P is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products and will be applied at checkout, it will range from £1 - £4.
There is currently FREE UK delivery for orders £30 and above.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard and the prices range from £2.50 - £20 depending on the weight and size of the products.
If you want to return any items I will be happy to assist (and will pretend you haven’t hurt my feelings)!
I accept returns within 30 days of dispatching your order and the item(s) must be unused.
Your refund will be processed with 14 days of receipt of your parcel, using your original payment method.
As Loaf & Bear is a small business, you will have to cover the cost of the return postage. Unfortunately we’re not responsible if your parcel is lost in the post, therefore we strongly recommend you use a signed-for service.
Please let us know you’d like to return an item by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Ensure you include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
If you change your mind after placing your order please email email@example.com.
If we have not yet dispatched your order we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
